We will use Royal Mail or a courier service to deliver your items. We aim to despatch in stock items within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order, however due to COVID-19 items might take a little longer. Some remote locations may take a few days longer to get delivered. If items are not in stock, please email us so that we can give you an estimated delivery date.

As an environmentally conscious business, unless you specify otherwise we will despatch all items together once your complete order is in stock. 

All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds (please use currency converter for Euros and Swiss Francs for information), and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day, and orders placed over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that most of our deliveries require a signature and cannot always be left in a secure location. The courier will attempt redelivery but if they cannot get access then the item may be returned to us. In that case we will be unable to refund the original postage cost. 

Before finalising your order at the checkout please ensure that the delivery address, including postcode are correct.

For deliveries to Europe over 5kg, please call or email us for a quote. Customs duties may apply to all European orders, which must be paid by the purchaser. When the package arrives, customs will contact the recipient for payment if there is any duty owed and this will need to be paid before the parcel is released. Packages will be held by customs until payments are made and returned if payments are not received.

Please note: We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted, but delivery times are not always guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to incorrect address being provided, vehicle breakdown, major roadworks or road closures) and cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
